Below is a list of your responsibilities as an EHR Clinical Application Specialist with YesCare:
+ Develops, maintains, and administers comprehensive clinical applications end-user trainings.
+ Meet with BAs, users, trainers, interface specialists and managerial personnel to determine and define specific system and information requirements, objectives and solution sets to guide application configuration.
+ Analyze problems across multiple clinical applications and end-user workflows.
+ Assist as necessary with issues and developments pertaining to the EHR and other healthcare IT related applications and projects.
+ Serves as primary liaison between the EHR team and site level clinical operations and initiatives.
+ On call requirements.
+ Other duties as assigned by management.
Key Qualifications
+ Active nursing license in Pennsylvania
+ 3-5 years of Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
+ Exposure to project management theory and tools
+ Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
+ Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to operate in a complex environment
+ Ability to operate in a matrix reporting structure
+ Subject to after-hours work to meet deadlines
