Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.

The Kaua‘i Medical Clinic has a primary location adjacent to the Wilcox Memorial Hospital, which covers over 21 medical specialties and includes a Neurology Center where a board-certified neurologist specializes in the treatment of brain injury, epilepsy, stroke, headache management, carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle weakness and other conditions.

As the Clinic Registrar – Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients and guests. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

**Minimum Qualifications:** High school or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
