About Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain team is at the heart of operational excellence, ensuring products reach customers efficiently and reliably. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll directly influence our growth strategy and help us set new standards for fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Join us as a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management and play a pivotal role in launching new Fulfillment Centers that will shape the future of our network. This is your opportunity to drive transformation, lead high-impact programs, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll do...

+ Lead end-to-end program management for new Fulfillment Center launches

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones

+ Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

+ Develop standardized playbooks and deployment packages

+ Drive continuous improvement and track program performance

+ Up to 75% travel required

What You’ll Bring

+ 5+ years’ experience in program management, supply chain, or operations

+ Proven success managing large-scale facility launch programs

+ Strong executive communication and presentation skills

+ Expertise in cross-functional team leadership and complex project management

+ Familiarity with network strategy, analytics, and digital transformation

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related

area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
