The B&RA Aftermarket team is a group of ~12 systems engineers with diverse backgrounds and experiences who are excited to share their knowledge and experience while working together toward our shared project goals. What You Will Do:

+ Update systems level requirements/design documents

+ Define and update input/output data for the system

+ Support system level verification activities

+ Enhance and/or create tools that aid with systems engineering tasks

+ Investigate and help develop new and emerging avionics technologies

What You Will Learn:

+ How to create and deliver various types of presentations

+ Basic to advanced scripting and coding capabilities

+ How to create more effective documentation

+ Working in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications You Must Have:

+ Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position ​

Qualifications We Prefer:

+ Enrolled in Aerospace Engineering

+ Basic experience with Python or other scripting language

+ Demonstrates good communication skills

+ Self-starter who works well independently

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
