General Summary
Plays a key role in enhancing patient engagement and promoting healthcare services through strategic marketing and effective patient communications. Responsible for helping develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, creating patient-facing communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Contributes to an integrated, collaborative, data-driven Marketing and Patient Communications Team that is known for high reliability and excellence in execution. Must be an exceptional writer, enjoy executing events, and being part of a highly collaborative, innovative, and data-driven Marketing and Communications function.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
+ Partners with the Marketing and Patient Communications directors, program leads and strategists to develop and execute plans.
+ Leads initiatives to evaluate and enhance patient communication workflows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
+ Coordinates the execution plan for special projects, special events and meetings to meet system goals and objectives.
+ Participates in assessing the quality and effectiveness of marketing and patient communication efforts and contributes ideas for future activities.
+ Continuously scans the internal and external environment/industry trends, understands the organization's major strategic and operating priorities and helps to identify and recommend relevant marketing and patient communication opportunities to support patient engagement and growth.
+ Responsible for photography and videography of system functions and other related activities.
+ Utilizes strong project management skills to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

+ Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.
+ Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.
+ Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
+ Assists in proofreading, writing and idea development for marketing and patient communications projects.
Travel Requirements:
+ Estimated Amount: 15% - Periodic travel required primarily for meetings, training, and periodic visits to clients, project sites, or system locations.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
+ Bachelors Degree In Marketing, Business or related field. Required
Work Experience:
+ 5 years Experience in marketing or related field. Required
+ Experience in a large, complex healthcare organization. Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Excellent written/oral communications, interpersonal and organizational skills.
+ Strong computer skills and willingness to embrace new technology and artificial intelligence.
+ Strong writing and project management skills.
+ Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools.
+ Strong project management and organization abilities.
