**Location:** Stoughton, MA (100% On-Site)
**Pay:** $18.50/hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)

**Kelly Services** has partnered with a premier company located in **Stoughton, MA** to find a **Customer Service Representative** to join their team! This is an exciting **temp-to-hire** opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and wants to grow with a mission-driven organization.
About the Role:
As a **Customer Service Representative** , you will be the first point of contact for customers in a company program, providing important program information, clarifying documentation requirements, and delivering excellent service with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Make **outbound calls** to PCA program customers (consumers, surrogates, and personal care attendants)
+ Provide clear and accurate **program information**
+ Work collaboratively with **Consumer Relations staff** to address customer needs
+ Accurately perform **data entry** using Microsoft Office tools
+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to reporting procedures
What You Bring:
+ **2+ years of customer service or call center experience**
+ Strong **Microsoft Office** and **data entry** skills
+ Ability to work **professionally and compassionately** with diverse populations
+ Dependability, **punctuality** , and a **team-oriented** attitude
+ High attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
+ **High School Diploma** required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a **call center** or high-volume customer service environment
+ **Bilingual** abilities are a plus!
