Job Details:

+ **Seasonal position:** Lasts until May, with potential to extend depending on crop cycles

+ **Shifts:** Monday–Friday (OT available on Saturdays)

+ 1st: 6:00am–2:30pm

+ 2nd: 2:00pm–10:30pm ( _shift premium_ )

+ 3rd: 10:00pm–6:30am ( _shift premium_ )

+ Flexibility to work any shift required — all team members start training on 1st shift

+ Lock Out Tag Out Experience needed **What You’ll Do as a Seed Production Operator:**

+ Operate plant delinting equipment, monitor dryer temperatures

+ Maintain seed cleaning equipment and track waste products

+ Record measurements and support the Plant Supervisor

+ Adjust cleaner and gravity tables, ensure seed quality control

+ Perform preventive maintenance and adhere to safety regulations **Who Thrives in this Role?**

+ Those with a high school diploma or GED (required)

+ Candidates with at least 2 years' experience in manufacturing, seed production, ginning, seed conditioning, or relevant agricultural/mechanical fields

+ Individuals knowledgeable about OSHA’s Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry procedures

+ People capable of lifting 50 lb. bags and who demonstrate strong mechanical ability
