Your role and responsibilities

Provide PMO and Project Management support at the Manager level, including support for Jira and other PMO-related activities. Collaborate closely with AST project managers and client stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

Assist AST project managers in monitoring and evaluating actual project costs against budget.

*

Participate in client discovery sessions and document outcomes through requirements artifacts.

*

Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of presentations and proposals.

*

Contribute to internal operational objectives by supporting the adoption and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.

*

Maintain and manage project-related tools and artifacts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational standards.

Required technical and professional expertise

*

Practical understanding of project management principles and the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.

*

Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

*

Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to contribute to problem-solving and drive innovative solutions.

*

Experience participating in process improvement initiatives, including cost reduction strategies, resource management optimization, and project recovery efforts.

*

3-5+ years of experience supporting technology implementations and project assessment initiatives.
