    Your role

     

    We are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead growth initiatives and develop tailored offerings for the Commercial/Energy industry using Oracle Cloud Applications. This role will combine industry expertise, deep Oracle Cloud knowledge, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy skills to expand our cloud footprint and create high-value solutions that resonate with high-tech enterprises.

    Key responsibilities

    Growth Strategy & Go-to-Market:

    • Define and execute growth strategies for Oracle Cloud solutions in the Commercial/Energy sector (e.g., semiconductors, electronics, telecom, hardware/software OEMs).

    • Analyze market trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies to identify new offering opportunities.

    • Develop and refine industry-specific Oracle Cloud value propositions aligned with customer business drivers.

    Solution Development:

    • Design and package repeatable Oracle Cloud offerings (ERP, SCM, CX, HCM, OCI) tailored for high-tech industry needs (e.g., digital supply chain, subscription billing, intelligent manufacturing, IP monetization).

    • Collaborate with product, delivery, and sales teams to build robust solutions using Oracle’s latest innovations (e.g., AI, ML, Autonomous DB, Digital Assistant).

    Sales Enablement & Support:

    • Partner with sales teams to drive demand generation and support strategic pursuits, including client presentations, RFP responses, and proposal development.

    • Create sales collateral, use cases, demos, and reference architectures to accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.

    • Conduct enablement sessions for internal stakeholders and partners on Oracle Cloud offerings and value messaging for high-tech clients.

    Partnerships & Ecosystem:

    • Build strategic relationships with Oracle product teams, industry alliances, and system integrators to enhance solution offerings and co-innovation opportunities.

     

    Required technical and professional expertise

    Required education

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    • MBA or Master’s degree, preferred.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud solutions (ERP, SCM, CX, or OCI), with at least 5 years focused on the Commercial/Energy industry.

    • Proven track record in cloud strategy, go-to-market execution, or solution development.

    • Strong understanding of business challenges in the high-tech sector, such as global supply chains, product lifecycle complexity, recurring revenue models, and compliance.

    • Experience in developing and launching industry-specific offerings or accelerators.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and executive levels.
