Your role and responsibilities
Provide PMO and Project Management support at the Manager level, collaborating with AST project teams and client stakeholders to ensure compliance with AST’s project management methodology.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including project schedules, status reports, issue tracking logs, and risk management documentation.
*
Support AST project managers in monitoring and evaluating actual project costs against budget.
*
Ensure project teams adhere to established processes, standards, and timelines.
*
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders to promote project transparency and accountability.
Required technical and professional expertise
*
Practical understanding of project management principles and the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
*
Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
*
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to contribute to problem-solving and drive innovative solutions.
*
Experience participating in process improvement initiatives, including cost reduction strategies, resource management optimization, and project recovery efforts.
*
3-5+ years of experience supporting technology implementations and project assessment initiatives.
