Job Description
This role will provide support to Corporate Contracts, Human Resources Departments and other Executive functions.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Prepare corporate contracts and amendments for third party sales representatives, distributors, and consultants using established corporate templates and Conga Contract Management Software. Prepare drafts, revise and enter the contracts for approval via internal databases and follow through to final approval and execution. Prepare NDA and similar agreements using corporate legal approved templates.
+ Visitor management: screen visitors in accordance with trade compliance guidelines, greet visitors upon arrival, administer badges and safety videos
+ Schedule Interviews for hiring managers, event planning, employee announcements, and other human resources tasks as assigned
+ Point of contact for general business phone line, direct calls to appropriate staff
+ Other executive and reporting tasks as needed
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
+ BA in Business Administration or related field
+ 3-5 years’ experience in either executive or contracts administration
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills
+ Proven ability to meet defined deadlines
+ Ability to multi-task and work independently
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience:
+ Conga Contracts Management System experience
+ Highly preferred experience with RiskRate Third Party Screening Software
Salary Range:
$61,600.00-$82,100.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
