    Job Summary:

    Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

     

    We are looking for a talented Machine Operator / Production Technician to join our Manufacturing business in (Henderson, CO).

    + Operates manual and automated machinery to produce high-quality products

    + Performs routine inspections and quality checks to ensure specifications are met

    + Maintains a safe and clean working environment in compliance with HSE policies

    + Records process and production data using standard documentation methods

    + Participates in ongoing training and development programs

    + Collaborates with team members and support staff to resolve production issues

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

    + Ability to follow standard work procedures, safety policies, and quality protocols

    + Experience using basic measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges)

    + Knowledge of production operations such as milling, polishing, or power washing components

    + Ability to identify and escalate non-conforming materials or safety risks

    + Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-based environment

    + Previous manufacturing or machining experience preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

    Machining:

    In this area technicians rotate within the work stations in this area.

     

    Operations include power wash cleaning of cranks and cylinder blocks.

     

    Detailed inspection of crankshafts. Use of basic polishing machine.

     

    Manual cleaning of cylinder block surfaces, and threaded holes, using power tools and abrasives.

     

    Detailed inspection of the cylinder block.

     

    Use of cranes and basic measurement equipment (bore gauges, micrometers).

     

    Follow documented instructions.

     

    Record process results as needed.

     

    More skilled operator in this area will operate a milling machine.

     

    Support problem solving investigations.

     

    All of above while following all HSE requirements.

    • Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact.

    • Engage in HSE Training.

    Education, Licenses, Certifications:

    High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

     

    This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

    Experience:

    Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

     

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
