Entrust is seeking a Customer Portal Specialist who will manage the onboarding and ongoing administration of customers who use information exchange portals as part of their procure-to-pay process. This role will regularly interact with colleagues from multiple departments (sales, legal, logistics, compliance and finance) to 1) onboard new customers who wish to establish Entrust as a supplier, and 2) process ongoing informational requests from existing customers who wish to maintain Entrust as a supplier. The Customer Portal Analyst will need to be adept at building external customer relationships and managing an internal process which gathers information provided from multiple subject matter experts within Entrust. This position will be part of the Entrust Compliance team and will work closely with the Compliance Due Diligence team, and assist as needed.
We’re looking for a **Customer Portal Specialist**
Entrust is seeking a Customer Portal Specialist who will manage the onboarding and ongoing administration of customers who use information exchange portals as part of their procure-to-pay process. How you will make an impact:
Customer Portal (75%)
+ Own and manage the process of registering Entrust as a supplier of record for new customers who require the exchange of supplier information via various online portals
+ Maintain a centralized warehouse of common or frequently used information in order to create efficiencies with respect to new customer onboarding and existing customer record maintenance
+ Works closely with Sales organization to prioritize new registrations
+ Develop and maintain key relationships with subject matter experts from multiple departments
+ Function as the primary contact for the sales organization regarding supplier portal registration and maintenance requests from customers
+ Fulfill the role of administrator for supplier portals and manage user access rights for internal colleagues who may also require portal access
+ Assist with the overall maintenance of the company’s customer master database
Customer Due Diligence (20%)
+ Works closely with Compliance Due Diligence team, including cross training, to assist with due diligence requests and other tasks, as needed.
+ Complete customer due diligence questionnaires on behalf of Entrust and its subsidiaries.
+ Assist in managing and prioritizing requests in the customer due diligence intake portal.
+ Assist in efforts to improve efficiency in responding to due diligence questionnaires.
+ Participate in special projects related to compliance as needed.

+ Participates in special projects and new responsibilities, as needed.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
+ 2+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles
+ Advanced application software skills - primarily Microsoft Office
+ Must be able to lawfully work within the jurisdiction where the colleague resides
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Demonstrated project management skills adept at identifying and fixing problems, and process improvement
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with mid-level leaders within and outside of the organization
+ Proven ability to self-start and exercise persistence, and be proactive
+ Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with attention to timelines
+ Experience with, or the ability to embrace and learnCoupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle EBS, SAP Business Intelligence, Qvidian, and other tools.
+ Experience working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment
+ Must be self-motivated, highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities with attention to timeliness
+ Partner with Manager and VP of Compliance to mature systems and processes.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $52,271-$76,663 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
