    Job Summary:

    Las Palmas Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Critical Care Trauma APP to provide in-patient, critical care support throughout the hospital in El Paso, TX.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 year of recent surgical critical care trauma experience

    + New grads are also encouraged to apply

    + No FNPs

    + Schedule: 8A-5P

    + Call requirements: 15 shifts per month required (12-hour shifts with no call component outside the required 12 hours)

    + Board certified by the AGACNP or equivalent

    + Current American Heart Association BLS and PALS, and/or ACLS

    + Required: Licensed to practice in the State of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

    + NCCPA certification

    + Valid DEA registration

    + AHA BLS required

    + Within one year of employment, the employee will need to become ATLS certified
