Community West Foundation supports Fairview and Lutheran hospitals and provides grants to more than 100 nonprofit organizations that deliver basic needs services throughout western Greater Cleveland and Lorain County. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will support the Foundation's daily operations through scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence and assisting with special projects, events and meetings. In this role, you will collaborate with all areas of the Foundation to ensure smooth and efficient operations while working as part of a dedicated team of 10 in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Open office and prepare for the workday.
+ Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
+ Act as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering and triaging phone calls.
+ Administer calendars, schedule management and coordinate small mailing projects,
+ Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required.
+ Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and event registration or ticket sales.
+ Provide coordination of management functions and assistance in special projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Five years of office experience
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Experience with meeting tools (Zoom and Teams)
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Associate's Degree
+ RAISER'S edge Blackbaud certification

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $17.25
Maximum hourly: $26.31
