    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Join CBRE Group as a Maintenance Technician and become a part of a world-class team that maintains small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems with flawless precision. In this Engineering role, you will be contributing to our mission of delivering exceptionally high standards in facility maintenance.

     

    Schedule: Friday- Monday 10pm-6am, Sat/Sun 5pm-5am

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

    + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and successfully implement repairs.

    + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

    + Review assigned work orders and ensure flawless completion by applying available systems.

    + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

    + Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

    + Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information clearly and concisely.

    + Impact the team through defined duties, methods, and tasks as described in detail.

    + Deliver your output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship **.**

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    + Fulfill physical demands such as bending, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy items.

    + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

    + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    + Strong organizational skills with a curious approach.
