    **Facility:** BayCare Health System, Rehab Services Main – SJHN

    **Location:** St. Joseph’s North

    **Status:** Pool (Non-Benefit Eligible)

    **Exempt:** No

    **Shift Hours:** Sundays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; weekdays as needed

    **Shift:** Days

    **Weekend Work:** Every Other

    **On Call:** No

    Physical Therapist (Pool) Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate and develop specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy.

    + Provide the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Fitness Specialists, Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students, and volunteers.

    + Team members with temporary permits must work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist who has been licensed for a minimum of six months. A supervising licensed Physical Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time.

    Requirements:

    + **Required:** BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + **Required:** PT (Physical Therapy) License

    + OR PT (Physical Therapy) – Eligible to Obtain

    + OR PT (Physical Therapy) – Temporary, with licensure within 6 months

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

    + **Preferred:** 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
