Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a background in mechanical and mechatronics engineering and a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in maintaining specialized machinery. This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, diagnosing technical issues, suggesting improvements, and ensuring the continuous operation of critical equipment.

Overall Responsibilities: · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established schedules. · Diagnose and repair technical issues efficiently and safely. · Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities for each piece of equipment. · Propose and implement technical improvements to optimize machinery performance. · Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime. · Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards during all maintenance tasks. Minimum Qualifications / Skills /Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. · Technical or technological degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or specialized equipment maintenance. · Strong knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. · Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex, high-precision machines. · Skilled in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams. · Experience using diagnostic tools, maintenance software (preferred), and generating technical reports. · Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. · Availability for both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs as needed. · Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
