Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer Co-op to support and collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering R&D Group, which is responsible for developing our Semiconductor Test Systems. As a member of the Mechanical Engineering Group, the Mechanical Engineer Co-op will have a hand in many ongoing projects, design complex subsystems and will partner with senior engineering staff to deliver results. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the installed base of existing Semiconductor Test platforms.

+ Must be at least in second year of school (ideally third or fourth year), working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering or, Electromechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
+ Excited about mechanical engineering and having positive attitude
+ Enjoys hands on approach toward engineering
+ Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
+ Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks part creation, drawings, and large assemblies
+ Knowledge of drafting and design standards (ANSI Y14.5 GD & T)
+ Understanding of design for assembly and manufacturing (DFA and DFM principles)
+ Knowledge of measurement systems and techniques
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $53,040-$97,760. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
