    Description

    SUMMARY:Coordinates, manages and is involved with daily operations at the Material Recovery Facility (MRF).

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    • Responsible for daily and long-term production planning.

    • Maintains all production and personnel documents.

    • Reviews daily production reports and responds to supervisor.

    • Deals with personnel issues and concerns.

    • Responsible for the hiring and termination of employees upon consultation with Supervisor.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or GED; and minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial/Business Management.
