    Job Description:

    Position Purpose:

    The Manager, Sales and Field Support oversees teams that provide operational and customer support to sales and field staff. This role ensures smooth coordination between sales and field operations, improves processes, manages reporting, and supports program execution.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Lead and supervise sales and field support teams, including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.

    + Provide guidance and development opportunities to ensure team effectiveness.

    + Act as the main point of contact for sales personnel, resolving inquiries and issues.

    + Manage tracking systems for promotions, incentives, and bill backs.

    + Administer sales incentives and coordinate payment processing (e.g., spiffs).

    + Record and report sales results by territory.

    + Ensure field teams have necessary tools, resources, and information.

    + Coordinate logistics and resolve operational issues.

    + Provide technical support for field equipment and software.

    + Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with standards.

    + Monitor performance metrics for sales and field support.

    + Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.

    + Partner with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure cohesive support.

    + Facilitate communication between field teams and headquarters.

    + Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

    + Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

    3 - 5 Years related experience in sales support, field operations, or customer service

     

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

     

    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

     

    Experience with field support software and CRM systems.

     

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

     

    Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.

     

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

     

    Pass post offer drug test and criminal background
