Our client, a manufacturing company in the food production industry, is seeking an Operator 2, Machine to join their team. As an Operator 2, Machine, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Operator 2, Machine
**Location:** Columbus, NE
**Pay Range:** $20.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
+ Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
+ Follow standard operating procedures under general supervision.
+ Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet production goals.
+ Rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
What’s Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related roles.
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and basic math in English.
+ Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off).
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
