Our client in the beauty industry is seeking a Peak Season Weekend Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the company's operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a team player mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Peak Season Weekend Shift Picker Packer

**Location:** Northside of Jacksonville, FL - 32218

**Pay Range:** $17.75 per hour

**Shift** : Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 6AM - 6PM until end of November, then 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week (could be weekend day as well) for 2-3 weeks of peak

What's the Job?

+ Picking and packing small makeup items using a headset voice pick system and pick sheets

+ Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment

+ Working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals

+ Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts

+ Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required, but experience picking and packing in a warehouse environment helpful

+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

+ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

+ Flexibility to work 12 hour days during the peak season in November and December
