    Our client, a professional trade association supporting the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, you will be an essential part of the administrative team, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the organization’s mission to promote excellence within the industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals.

    Shift:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Handle incoming phone calls and email inquiries from members, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

    + Assist with membership enrollment, maintain records, and coordinate educational program participation.

    + Prepare and organize Board Meeting documents and support the Executive Committee.

    + Perform light data entry related to accounting and assist with accounts receivable and payable activities.

    + Coordinate training sessions, social events, and monitor attendance for educational classes, both in-person and via Zoom.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Bing).

    + Experience with communication tools such as Constant Contact (desired but not required).

    + Ability to work independently within an office environment.

    + Strong communication skills and effective coordination abilities.

    + Willingness to support various administrative tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
