Our client, the event management industry, is seeking an Event Attendant to join their team. As an Event Attendant, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting event logistics and guest experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Event Attendant

**Location:** Virginia Beach, VA

**Pay Range:** $17 per hour

**Shift:** Varies by event – includes evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts

What's the Job?

+ Assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, signage, and staging.

+ Operate basic tools and equipment safely to support event setup and dismantling.

+ Help with lighting, sound, and AV setup as needed to ensure smooth event execution.

+ Maintain cleanliness of event areas including restrooms, common spaces, and outdoor zones.

+ Respond promptly to spills, messes, or other cleanliness issues to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

What's Needed?

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage effectively with attendees and team members.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments.

+ Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the organization positively.

+ Prior experience in event support or hospitality is a plus but not required.

+ Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
