Program Manager, US Partner Sales Execution

    Job Description:

The Program Manager, Partner Sales Execution drives high-impact initiatives within the U.S. Partner Sales Organization. Partnering with commercial leaders, RTR, PMMs, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs that support both internal teams and the partner ecosystem. You will manage complex projects in a virtual, matrixed environment—identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks while maintaining alignment across stakeholders. You will communicate, influence, and challenge effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership. Combining strong project management discipline with deep knowledge of partner operations, go-to-market strategy, and internal processes, you will help define and promote program management best practices, ensuring governance, visibility, and alignment with Sage North America’s strategic priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage multiple complex projects and initiatives aligned with Sage’s U.S. Partner Sales strategy.

    • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are effectively planned, executed, and delivered on time and within budget.

    • Establish strong communication and alignment across internal and partner-facing teams.

    • Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.

    • Develop and maintain governance frameworks and reporting that provide visibility to leadership across Sage North America.

    • Influence and align diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration in a matrixed environment without direct authority.

    • Champion continuous improvement by promoting project management excellence and consistent operating standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience leading large-scale programs or projects in a complex, cross-functional, or global organization.

    • Strong background in partner management, go-to-market strategy, or sales operations within a technology or SaaS environment.

    • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

    • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration and alignment rather than direct control.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a disciplined approach to planning and execution.

    • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation activities.

    Plenty of perks:

    • Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)

    • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage

    • 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)

    • 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)

    • 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date

    • 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)

    • $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date

    • Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)

    • Library of on-demand career development options and ongoing training offerings
