Job Title: Production Technician

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: $15/hour

Job Description:

Join the team, where we produce trusted household brands through cutting-edge manufacturing processes. As a Production Technician, you’ll play a vital role in operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and Maintain Equipment:

Run and monitor production and packaging machinery using advanced technology. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Ensure Quality and Safety:

Follow strict production guidelines and safety protocols. Conduct quality checks and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Package Products:

Pack products from the production line or assemble finished goods manually or with the assistance of machines and robotics.

Troubleshoot and Improve Processes:

Identify and resolve equipment issues. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with your team to meet production goals. Share responsibility for equipment and processes in your designated area.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Mechanical aptitude and comfort with technology

Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
