Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Program Manager

Pay Range: $58 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Collaborate with teams to plan and execute SharePoint projects effectively.

+ Manage project timelines and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

+ Lead analysis efforts to assess project progress and outcomes.

+ Oversee people management and foster a collaborative team environment.

+ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance project efficiency.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

+ Proven experience in project management, particularly within government settings.

+ Strong skills in business analysis and requirements management.

+ Experience with data management and analytics.

+ Ability to work within the Pacific Coast Time zone.
