    Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Regulatory Privacy Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Regulatory Privacy Compliance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Privacy Department supporting compliance initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Regulatory Privacy Compliance Analyst

    **Location:** Oakland, California

    **Pay Range:** Market rate starting from $58.00 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and drive complex regulatory and compliance initiatives focused on privacy laws and data protection regulations.

    + Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting healthcare data privacy and assess their organizational impact.

    + Provide strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders on privacy compliance matters.

    + Conduct privacy risk assessments and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the organization’s privacy posture.

    + Support the implementation of privacy compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws such as HIPAA, HITECH, and CCPA.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare industry experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

    + Strong project management skills and experience managing complex compliance projects.

    + In-depth knowledge of US privacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CCPA.

    + Proficiency with privacy management tools, platforms, and legal research databases such as Westlaw.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
