    Our client, the telecommunications and data center industry, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager to join their team. As a Construction Integration Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting fiber installation and data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Construction Integration Manager

    **Location:** Sandston, VA (onsite)

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage and coordinate fiber installation projects, working closely with subcontractors, engineers, and operations teams.

    + Conduct scope progress walks, safety inspections, and quality assurance checks to ensure project standards are met.

    + Develop and implement tracking and quality control systems to monitor project performance and address issues proactively.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.

    + Maintain detailed project reports and personnel records to ensure transparency and accountability.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-2 years of experience in telecom installation or management, specifically fiber installation.

    + 2-5 years of project management experience in a construction or data center environment.

    + High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

    + Proficiency with Bluebeam and Revit software tools.

    + Ability to work onsite full-time, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
