Expertise:

• Need knowledge and experience on CRM Analytics

• Creation of data model,

• Creation of data recipe

• Creation of Dashboard using CRM Analytics tools.

Good to have Tools Knowledge -

• Power BI,

• Tableau,

• SQL Experience

• Years of experience required for each skill: CRM Analytics about 5-7 years of experience
