Basic Job Functions:

The Product Marketing Administrator plays a vital role in supporting customer and internal operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Processing customer claims and issuing credits

+ Assisting Accounting with resolving invoice discrepancies (over/short payments)

+ Answering incoming phone calls and providing customer support

+ Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports

+ Supporting team members based on workload demands

+ Maintaining and ordering trade show materials

+ Organizing and coordinating customer visits

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

+ Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of steel pipe and tube products

+ Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or 6+ months of steel industry experience
