Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you will be part of the HR department supporting the recruitment efforts for tech and digital internship programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Pay Range:** $47 - $50
**Shift:** 1st shift
What's the Job?
+ Participate in the full cycle recruiting process for Northwestern Mutual's corporate internship program, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
+ Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals, driving early career recruiting programs to source top talent.
+ Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
+ Identify and utilize innovative recruiting channels, including social networking, college recruiting programs, and targeted websites.
+ Maintain accurate and clean data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support effective recruitment processes.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT or digital recruiting, preferably within high-growth environments.
+ Fundamental understanding of technology concepts related to digital and tech roles.
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to research and penetrate new recruiting channels based on industry knowledge.
+ Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
