    Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Production LIne Worker to join their team. As a Quality Tech, you will be part of the Production line department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Line

    **Location:** Springfield, MO

    Pay Range: $17

    **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Performing product quality inspections and line audits.

    + Conducting audits of Work Instructions, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and PFMEAs.

    + Performing root cause analysis of warranty returns and generating warranty analysis reports.

    + Troubleshooting failed units from line inspections and performing build procedure inspections.

    + Ensuring all precision measuring devices and qualifying gauges are properly functioning.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + Experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role.

    + Effective computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite.

    + Good organizational and planning skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in varying conditions.
