Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, precision, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Technician

**Location:** Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $27- $28hr

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Verify incoming material conformance to specifications by adhering to mechanical drawings.

+ Support the resolution of material issues by collaborating with warehouse personnel.

+ Create and maintain inspection plans, logs, and reports to ensure quality standards.

+ Identify and report poor quality events in manufacturing and design processes.

+ Ensure compliance with production quality standards, inspection, and testing systems, driving quality on the production line.

What's Needed?

+ Experience using quality measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, and scales.

+ Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software.

+ Strong attention to detail as applied to inspections and quality assessments.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members.
