    What You’ll Do

     

    + Work together with your team to keep production running smoothly — palletizing, packing, blending, reworking, inspecting products, and keeping your area clean and organized.

    + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures to help us maintain the highest standards of quality and care.

    + Communicate openly about materials, quality, or food safety needs.

    + Jump in to help in different areas when needed and support your teammates.

    + Operate equipment safely, including hoists and stand-up forklifts (certification required).

    What You’ll Need

     

    + Must be at least 18 years old.

    + Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally, bend, twist, and perform manual tasks.

    + Comfortable reading, writing, and using basic math (weights, percentages, and color codes).

    + Ability to work safely at heights and move between production areas.

    + Must pass a background check and drug test.
