**Pay:** $24–$26/hr | **Schedule:** Flexible (7–4, 7:30–4:30, or 8–5)

Adecco is partnering with a leading industrial client to hire a **dedicated Office Administrator** for a full-time opportunity in New Castle, DE. This is a **temp-to-hire** role with the intent to convert to permanent after approximately 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Front Office Support:** Greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail and deliveries, and coordinate meetings or events.
+ **Administrative Duties:** Maintain facility invoice logs, file documents, and manage SharePoint uploads.
+ **Customer Service:** Enter orders, issue quotes, and support the Customer Service & Supply Chain team.
+ **Reporting & Data:** Run daily reports; use Excel (sorting/filtering, lookups) to analyze data and support business decisions.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with customer service, supply chain, engineering, and shop teams.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Prior administrative experience and high school diploma (required)
+ Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
+ Comfortable using multiple software systems (Excel proficiency a plus)
+ Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
+ Experience with Excel tools (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
+ Familiarity with ERP systems like Epicor, SAP, or Oracle

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
