Sales Representative Benefits * Base salary of $62,400 per year plus sales commission (based on effort metrics) * 1st year sales commission up to 30% of base salary * Weekly pay with direct deposit * 401(k) with Employer Match (Traditional or Roth) * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Formal week-long Sales Training Program * Ongoing professional development Sales Representative Responsibilities Referral Development & Territory Growth * Generate new business through regular visits and calls to hospitals, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and community organizations. * Build and maintain tiered referral-source lists, tracking and managing relationships within your assigned territory. * Provide ongoing feedback and follow-up updates to referral partners after client admissions. * Represent BrightStar Care at chamber meetings, health fairs, networking groups, CEU events, and community functions to build brand presence. CRM & Sales Reporting * Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, visits, and conversions in the CRM system. * Submit weekly sales activity summaries and territory performance reports to the Owner. * Track and analyze referral-to-admission conversion rates and develop strategies to improve results. Cross-Service Sales * Promote and cross-sell the full range of BrightStar Care services—including personal care, skilled nursing, and medical staffing—to meet the full range of client needs. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BrightStar Care's service offerings, pricing, and differentiators. Community Engagement & Networking * Participate actively in local business chambers, senior resource groups, and healthcare associations. * Coordinate and occasionally host educational or appreciation events for referral partners. * Foster strong relationships through consistent, professional, and compassionate engagement. Training & Development * Complete BrightStar Care's formal sales training program within 90 days of hire date. * Implement best practices from BrightStar Care Sales Manual and ongoing sales-effectiveness coaching. * Continuously refine your sales techniques through mentorship and corporate learning opportunities. Other Duties * Conduct competitive analysis and track market rate changes. * Uphold all BrightStar care brand and compliance standards. * Perform additional assignments that support sales and community outreach objectives. Sales Representative Requirements * Two (2)+ years of successful outside-sales experience; healthcare, senior care, or service-based industries preferred. * Demonstrated ability to manage a defined territory, generate leads, and close new business. * Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and persuasive communication skills. * High level of organization, accountability, and self-motivation. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily local travel.
