Job Title: Control Systems Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Control Systems Engineer to perform project and on-site engineering services. This role involves programming, start-up, training, modifications, and troubleshooting on revenue-generating projects. The ideal candidate will provide project management across multiple projects, leading teams that may consist of team members, contractors, and customer personnel.
Responsibilities
+ Perform independent factory and field troubleshooting and training for control panels in at least one target market.
+ Manage project quotation, specification, project plan generation, execution, resource allocation, and material procurement.
+ Ensure project documentation, scheduling, on-time performance, and profitability.
+ Provide secondary technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales channels regarding configuration, operation, maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting.
+ Offer instrument and system-level software and communications support to customers.
+ Provide recommendations, diagnoses, and troubleshoot customer applications remotely or on-site.
+ Serve as an escalation point for technical support personnel.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
+ 5 years of experience with industrial control support.
+ Experience with high voltage systems.
+ Knowledge of UL508A and NEC electrical standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Working knowledge of hazardous area requirements.
+ Training in mechanical engineering and basics of electronics and control theory.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week. You will join a team that engineers systems using a range of products across various industries, including Heat Treat, Life Science, Food & Beverage, Plastics, and Water. This position allows for the complete mechanical and electrical design of control panels, working closely with global clientele.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
