The Sales Enablement Corporate Internship Program is a 10.5-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 27th, 2026, and concludes on August 7th, 2026.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Hartford, CT office location **.** The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice **.**
The hourly rate is $25/hr with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.
Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is **not** available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Housing & relocation funding may be provided for the duration of the internship.
About this business area:
Our Sales Enablement team supports sales and retention activities for our frontline sales and account manager teams with mission critical sales tools, drive the creation of our commercial value proposition and sales story, and develop plan sponsor and broker-specific sales communications and events.
Sales Enablement Corporate interns can expect to gain foundational knowledge of overall group healthcare industry components, support new sales related projects with our Aetna Commercial Business, and work closely with sales leaders to gain exposure to sales strategies.
Sales Enablement Corporate Interns will have an increased likelihood to receive a post-graduation offer for the full-time Group School Sales Development Program. Group School is a rotational program comprised of classroom training and 3 rotation experiences to prepare participants for a career in group healthcare sales and account management.
Examples of past internship work include:
+ Analyze and audit communication assets
+ Propose design enhancements for new program award nominations
+ Market research perspective new business and/or growth opportunities
+ Build and maintain consumer portal content
+ Assess and audit online enrollment webpages against state filing requirements
Required Qualifications
+ Meet educational requirements (see education section)
+ Have a willingness to commute or relocate to the Hartford, CT office
+ Have an interest in sales and joining our full-time Group School Sales Development Program upon graduation
Preferred Qualifications
+ Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
+ Motivated and coachable to grow into a client-facing sales environment with a winning sales culture
+ Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Prior internship/work experience in a related field such as business, healthcare, or sales
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
Education:
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
+ Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2026 and August 2027
+ Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position such as Sales, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, or Risk Management & Insurance
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$25.00 - $25.00
