Responsibilities
+ Oversee all aspects of electrical construction activities, from equipment to power systems, including substations.
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and milestones for all phases, including underground, building, electrical construction, commissioning, and completion.
+ Track project milestones and ensure timely execution of electrical systems.
+ Monitor progress, report deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
+ Perform milestone schedule updates, electrical system commissioning, and QA/QC tasks, while communicating adjustments to relevant teams.
+ Identify and assess potential scheduling risks and address unforeseen scheduling conflicts or delays.
+ Support engineering, construction teams, and contractors by implementing trackable construction KPIs, tracking logs, and holding subcontractors accountable for their actual progress.
+ Inform management of the current project plan and provide accurate updates.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in electrical construction for the semiconductor industry or other large-scale industrial construction in the U.S.
+ Familiarity with project software tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Project, and data analysis software like Excel.
+ Knowledge of semiconductor facility electrical construction or high-tech manufacturing power system commissioning.
+ Understanding of Arizona local construction regulations and practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working on projects valued at $500+ million within semiconductor, data centers, or solar industries.
+ Understanding of quality assurance standards, NEC, equipment, power systems, voltage regulation, and control panels.
+ Preferred experience in semiconductor facility electrical construction or high-tech manufacturing power system commissioning.
Work Environment
This position offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States. The first fab will operate leading-edge semiconductor process technology, starting production in the first half of 2025. Subsequent fabs will utilize cutting-edge N3 and N2 process technology, with production slated by 2028, and even more advanced process technology by the end of the decade. Our fabs are poised to support America's leading technology companies with the next generations of chips that will power the digital future.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $195000.00/yr.
