             Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our esteemed land development team in Leesburg, VA. You will play a pivotal role in preparing site design plans and working collaboratively across various teams and disciplines to deliver exceptional land development projects. Responsibilities + Prepare site design plans for client review and submission to various local jurisdictions. + Develop site layouts, zoning plans, site gradings, and stormwater calculations for land development submissions. + Perform comprehensive site development and design. + Manage stormwater systems, plan preparation, grading, and report writing. + Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and disciplines. Essential Skills + 0-4+ years of civil engineering experience in land development projects. + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is highly preferred. + Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software. + Passed FE / EIT certification is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in Land Development Design, including Storm Sewer Design, Sanitary Sewer Design, Waterline layout, and Site Grading. + Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or plans to obtain it is preferred. Work Environment The role operates within an open office, cubicle environment fostering collaboration and a strong office culture. There is hybrid work flexibility available once you have settled into the role, with the frequency typically decided between you and your manager.
