    We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to visit project sites and complete site surveys and 3D scans. You will create building models in Revit and AutoCAD, draft for commercial and industrial projects, and create renderings. You will also attend meetings with the Project Manager to provide design, construction documentation, and construction administration support. Additionally, you will coordinate with owners, property managers, brokers, and tenants.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct site surveys and perform 3D scans.

    + Create detailed building models in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Draft layouts and perform feasibility studies for commercial and industrial projects.

    + Develop renderings and attend meetings with the Project Manager.

    + Provide design, construction documentation, and construction administration support.

    + Coordinate with owners, property managers, brokers, and tenants throughout the project lifecycle.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for drafting and rendering.

    + Experience in construction documentation and design development.

    + Ability to perform field surveys and 3D scans for large industrial, manufacturing, and commercial buildings.

    + Previous experience in commercial, warehouse, and office space projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associates Degree in Architectural Technology or related field required; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.

    + Experience in schematic design and design development.

    + Experience with layouts, spacing, and feasibility studies.

    Work Environment

    The office consists of a team of six people, with brand-new facilities, located in downtown Towson, moving to White Marsh in December. The work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on the candidate. There is flexibility to work in both the field and office, with core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM. Be prepared to travel to project sites 2-3 times a week, primarily in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. A workstation and free parking are provided in Towson, with nearby access to shopping, lunch, and mall facilities.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, Maryland.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
