Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Architectural Project Manager for an engineering firm located in Sidney, OH. This role involves acting as a liaison between various engineering disciplines within the firm, ensuring seamless coordination and project success.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate job duties across electrical, mechanical, structural, and architectural engineering disciplines.

+ Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

+ Collaborate with the construction company to align schedules with all involved parties.

+ Travel to job sites as needed, with travel being less than 25%.

+ Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and progress.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in project management.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office products.

+ Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

+ Familiarity with industrial architecture and design review.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the construction, MEP, or architecture field.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

+ Capability to be present in the office every day.

Work Environment

The role is based in a brand-new office in Sidney, OH, with major growth opportunities. This is a one-year contract to hire position, offering 2 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays. The firm is experiencing rapid growth and currently has more work than they can manage. There are additional positions available in Sidney and Holland.

Location

This position based out of Sidney, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
