    Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our R&D team focused on battery technology. This role supports new product development, cost optimization, quality assurance, supply chain reliability, and operational efficiency. You will work in a dynamic lab environment conducting tests on chemicals, components, and finished products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Execute tests on components and chemicals as directed by R&D engineers.

    + Perform GC/MS, analytical, and ICP tests.

    + Calibrate GC instruments and maintain lab equipment.

    + Follow SOPs and JSAs during all lab procedures.

    + Safely handle compressed air, nitrogen, and aerosol products.

    + Conduct product quality checks from production samples.

    + Organize lab materials and assist in drafting SOPs and JSAs.

    + Enter and update formulation data in internal systems.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science field.

    + Completion of General Chemistry I & II with labs, and Organic Chemistry with lab.

    + 1–2 years of college-level chemistry coursework or equivalent experience.

    + Experience in lab environments and operating GC-MS instruments.

    + Familiarity with ICP, ICP-MS, or ICP-OES.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    + Effective communication and data reporting skills.

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
