    We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Westbrook, CT. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency through data analysis, system development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    + Enhance manufacturing efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.

    + Develop and implement systems for continuous improvement.

    + Manage projects related to manufacturing processes.

    + Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.

    + Work with ERP systems and manufacturing KPIs to streamline operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline.

    + Project management experience.

    + Proficiency in data manipulation.

    + Experience with ERP systems.

    + Knowledge of Power BI and manufacturing KPIs.

    + Experience in manufacturing engineering.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
