• Mechanical Engineer - Facilities Design

    Job Description

    We are looking for a 5+ year EIT or PE Mechanical Engineer to do facilities design for a rapidly growing design group in NW Ohio. This person will mainly be using Revit and TRANE/TRACE software. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience doing facilities design.

    Responsibilities Include

    + Perform facilities design tasks, allocating 35% of work time.

    + Engage in drafting activities, dedicating 25% of work time.

    + Conduct plan and code reviews, comprising 40% of work time.

    + Manage projects and meetings, accounting for 10% of work time.

    + Participate in additional tasks as required, making up 15% of work time.

     

    Must Have

     

    - BS in Mechanical Engineering

     

    - 5+ years of facilities design (required)- Specifically for Industrial and manufacturing facilities

     

    - TRANE/TRACE experience

     

    - PE license (strongly desired)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $57.69/hr.
