    Construction Superintendent - Heavy Civil

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee daily on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and specifications while maintaining compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

    + Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

    + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve field challenges.

    + Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track milestones and maintain documentation.

    + Support commissioning and turnover activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 8 years of experience in construction

    + Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.

    + Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.11/hr.
