    Summary:

    Join Sweetser's Clinical Team as a Crisis Clinical Supervisor! Provides clinical leadership, direction and oversight of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Program, Crisis Aftercare, and OPTIONS program (Overdose Prevention through Intensive Outreach, Naloxone, and Safety) in the assigned district(s). Ensures the delivery of the highest quality of services to clients experiencing psychiatric crises and SUD/OUD. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the program, supervising program staff, supporting care coordination and integration of available services and resources on behalf of clients. Some direct service will be provided but the essential job duties are supervisory.

     

    $10,000 Sign on** **Bonus;** **Candidate can choose to sit out of our Rockland, Belfast or Brunswick locations!

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    + Oversees and coordinates day-to-day work of program staff to ensure responsiveness to client needs. Provides program clinical direction, education, and support to staff to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care and efficient low barrier access to services.

    + Maintains up-to-date familiarity with crisis services system and protocols and best practice for SUD/OUD intervention and treatment to include harm reduction practices.

    + Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships with law enforcement, emergency medical services, and other community provider partnerships.

    + Provides program training, supervision, education, clinical direction, and support to staff to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care, the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic service environment and the maintenance of client dignity and confidentiality in all service delivery.

    + Develops and maintains up-to date program information and resources guides.

    + Tracks and manages contract reporting requirements and deliverables.

    + Coordinates recruitment and hiring of direct service staff with the program manager and human resources department.

    + Evaluates staff performance through direct observation of clinical practice and feedback from staff, client and community providers and works to enhance overall performance.

    + Collaborates closely with Director around program needs and implements directives.

    + Provides leadership and promotes positive solutions in staff clinical and administrative meetings.

    + Provides regularly scheduled and on the spot supervision to program staff and communicates supervision activities to program manager.

    + Supports operations of program within program budget.

    + Monitors high risk cases.

    + Develops and maintains staff scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

    + Positively represents Sweetser and its programs at collaborative meetings, outreach events, and community education opportunities.

    + Collaborates flexibly and responsively with the area service network on behalf of clients in crisis to support smooth access to the program, coordinated service responses and client linkage with needed community resources.

    + In collaboration with program Director, ensures that the program meets all organization and licensing standards, regulations and policies, including the posting and notification of client rights and grievance procedures information, the consistent adherence to client confidentiality standards and maintenance of safe program practices, including the consistent practice of universal precautions.

    + Provides oversight and coordination for clients using program services in order to facilitate a therapeutic resolution and direct service to program clients, as needed, including clinical assessment, and service planning.

    + Provides direct care as needed.

    + May provide on-call supervision to crisis staff after hours during the week, and twenty-four (24) hours on weekends and holidays, in regular, scheduled rotation.

    + Performs all other duties as assigned.

    **EXPERIENCE:** Three (3) years post bachelor's experience in a mental health setting - crisis services and supervisory experience preferred.

    **EDUCATION** :Master's Degree in professional clinical discipline

     

    LICENSURE:** **LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-cc, LCPCc
