Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Midland, Texas. • Generate accurate invoices for completed services.

• Perform thorough data entry to maintain accurate records.

• Conduct inventory checks and update equipment records.

• Support efficient operations by utilizing multi-line phone systems for communication.

• Ensure proper coding and organization of invoices.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems and providing telephone support.

• Experience in dispatching and coordinating field operations.

• Ability to create and code invoices accurately.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
